My remote service is cost-effective and designed for property investors and business owners who want to enhance the of their projects by in luxurious interior styling. Research shows that when a property is staged and styled to a high standard, it outperforms other local competitors and generates higher returns.

SILVER PACKAGE 

Our service provides styling for the living room, kitchen/dining area, excludes bathrooms. To get started, we require your budget, floor plan with measurements of doors, windows, radiators, and plug sockets, style preference, and any other relevant information. Our includes a mood board of items, a floor plan, a shopping list, and one set of amendments.

Pricing:

  • £200 for Studio apartment

  • £300 for One bedroom property

  • £500 for Two bedroom property

  • £600 for Three bedroom Property

  • £700 for Four bedroom Property

GOLD PACKAGE 

This service covers styling for the living room, kitchen/dining area, and. Please note that bathrooms are not included. The package includes a mood board of items, a floor plan, a shopping list, and one set of amendments.

PROCESS 

  1. Consultation will take place over the phone or email to confirm the project requirements. 50% Non refundable deposit will be taken.

  2. Mood board - once payment has been received, using the information provided I will put a mood board together for you to see my vision for the space. Mood board includes colour scheme and room layout. Once you have confirmed you are happy, rest of the payment will be due before the E-Design process.

  3. E-Design & Shopping List - Realistic photo images will be presented to you along with shopping list of all items. Please note the design time frame takes between 1 - 2 weeks unless agreed otherwise.
